Flood has hit Jakarta on Thursday (January 17, 2013), some people claim this floods time is largest than that occurred five years ago. Even the Presidential Palace Complex were flooding this time.
Terrbely the flood makes West Flood Canal (BKB) levee on the side of Jl. Latuharhary collapse. As a result the water run into Jalan Teluk Betung and Tosari, Hotel Indonesia roundabout (Buderan HI), Jl. Sudirman and Jl. Thamrin.
BKB levees was repaired immediately, Jl. Lauharhary (since the traffic area used for the works) were start open for traffic on Moday (January 21, 2013), and the Commuter Line begin the operation on Tuesday (January 22, 2013).
