Nasi Uduk Mpo Yana

Mpo (Mrs) Yana is very bussy to serve nasi uduk to her costumer
every morning ant her warung (stalls).
Nasi Uduk is an Indonesian style steamed rice dish originally from Jakarta, Indonesia's capital. It has a fragrance aroma and cooked with coconut milk and different kind of herbs and spices. The taste is quite similar to Nasi Lemak in Malaysia, Brunei or Singapore.

Nasi uduk is a popular dish for the busy commuters in Jakarta, mainly because it's both affordable (one serving costs on average Rp5000,- or about $0.50).
